A Dubuque woman hit a man with her car Friday after he tried to repossess the vehicle, according to Dubuque police.
Dale L. Hackett, 69, of Davenport, Iowa, was transported to Mercy Medical Center-Dubuque, where he was treated and released. He tried to repossess a car that belonged to Kelly J.
