LANCASTER, Wis. - Outgoing Grant County Circuit Court Judge George S. Curry says Wisconsin has the "weakest" drunken driving laws in the nation. For example, Wisconsin is the only state where a first operating while intoxicated offense is a traffic citation.

Curry doesn't get much disagreement from a West Allis lawmaker who is trying to change that.
