A new law in Illinois which aims at cracking down on drunk driving was signed into law by Gov. Rod Blagojevich Friday, Aug. 24.
The law requires all first-time DUI (driving under the influence) offenders to blow into a device which measures blood alcohol content levels. Offenders are to install onto their vehicle a breath alcohol ignition interlock device (BAIID).See the full content of this document
