DARLINGTON, Wis. - Charges were filed and an arrest warrant was issued Monday afternoon in Lafayette County Circuit Court against a 26-year-old Darlington man police say was involved in an early Saturday morning stabbing incident in Darlington.
Abel Mendez Garcia is charged with attempted first-degree intentional homicide, a Class B felony punishable by up to 60 years imprisonment. Garcia is also charged with aggravated battery, a Class E felony, punishable by up to 15 years imprisonment.See the full content of this document
