CHICAGO (AP) - George Ryan's legal team squabbled with federal prosecutors Tuesday over whether a man with "strong negative views about politicians" belongs on the jury at the former governor's racketeering and fraud trial.

"This man dislikes politicians intensely and he told us why," Ryan defense attorney Dan Webb said in urging U.S. District Judge Rebecca R. Pallmeyer to dismiss the potential juror.
