WASHINGTON (AP) - Two senators from Wisconsin and Minnesota began a push Thursday to win the renewal of a taxpayer-funded milk support system sought by Upper Midwest dairy farmers.

Sens. Herb Kohl and Norm Coleman introduced a bill to renew the Milk Income Loss Contract program, known as MILC, for two years, after it expires Sept. 30.
