MAQUOKETA, Iowa - Small-business owner and former Iowa Rep. Tom Schueller announced Thursday that he will run for the House District 58 seat. The reapportioned district includes all of Jackson County, the eastern part of Jones County and a small portion of Dubuque County, including Cascade.
