BLOOMINGTON, Wis. - Some people spend hours waxing and painting vehicles to ready them for contests, but Tim and Torin Mumm, of Cassville, just had to charge the battery on their blue 1984 Chevy truck to prepare it for the "Ugliest Truck Contest" Sunday at the Blake's Prairie Fair.
The Mumms walked away with the $50 grand prize, which 17-year- old Torin said would probably go toward gas on the way home.See the full content of this document
