The East Dubuque City Council has agreed to sell the Register building at 141 Sinsinawa to developers Dave Avenarius and Ron Robertson of Avenarius & Robertson LLC, for $100,000.
At the closing, which is expected to occur in about one month, the developers will pay the city $50,000. The remaining $50,000 is due in two years. However, that total will be reduced by $10,000 for each new enterprise that opens for business in the 120-foot long building.
