MADISON (AP) - Property owners seeking an exemption to local zoning laws to allow them to add onto their homes should face a less- stringent standard for convincing local officials that the ordinances create an unnecessary hardship, the Wisconsin Supreme Court ruled Friday.
The 5-0 decision has implications for every county zoning board in Wisconsin as it decides what exemptions to grant on the restrictions it places on development.See the full content of this document
