Summary
I just signed the following petition addressed to the Dubuque City Council to stop the red light camera project among other projects. The progressive forces in our government at all levels have been lured into a trap set by the one-world fanatics based primarily in the United Nations. Under the benign-sounding code name AGENDA21 (an agenda for the 21st century), it has spawned a global bureaucracy creating all kinds of templates for towns, cities, counties, states and even nations to implement the U.N.'s attempts to control human behavior in all areas of human activity, including economic, social, political and even cultural.
Through innocent-sounding regional organizations such as International Council for Local Environmental Initiatives, communities are paying for the privilege of enforcing this diabolical U.N. plan. Since the Earth Summit in Brazil in 1990, new vocabulary has been surreptitiously entered into our psyche: bio- diversity, sustainable communities, open space, open society, public- private partnerships, etc., all designed to make the populace applaud and fall asleep.
