Summary
I can respect the opinions the Rev. Harold Drexler expressed in his letter about Planned Parenthood (May 13). However, his disregard for the women and families who seek health care services from Planned Parenthood and his use of misinformation is disappointing, to say the least.
Men and women of all income groups go to Planned Parenthood for birth control, cancer screenings, annual exams and education on reproductive health. Combined, this composes 97 percent of Planned Parenthood's services. Somewhere along the line Planned Parenthood's name became synonymous with abortion, which neglects all of the other services provided in helping a woman plan her family.See the full content of this document
