POTOSI, Wis. - Potosi Village President Frank Fiorenza, weariness etched in both his face and voice, rattled off numbers totaling about $210,000 - the estimated damage to public property following Thursday's devastating thunderstorms that caused flash flooding.

"It could have been worse, but it's worse than it looks," Fiorenza said late Friday morning as cleanup efforts were well under way in the village.
