Mcgregor; County Board Approves Highland Bluffs Resort After Zoning Change

Summary


The 375-acre Highland Bluffs Golf and Waterplay Resort near McGregor has gotten the final approval from the Clayton County Board of Supervisors.

The unanimous vote was preceded by a zoning change of 40 acres from A-1 (agricultural) to R-2 (multi-family dwelling) and about 24 acres from A-1 to C-1 (commercial).
