A Dubuque businessman who was convicted of selling thousands of pounds of meat products stolen from interstate trucking shipments has been sentenced to 70 months in prison.
Donald Herbst, 66, was also fined $10,000, ordered to pay $380,000 in restitution and to forfeit $85,000 in proceeds from his crimes by U.S. District Judge Linda Reade.See the full content of this document
