Man Convicted of Selling Crack

A 22-year-old Dubuque man has been convicted of selling crack cocaine near a Dubuque elementary school.

A jury in Cedar Rapids deliberated about 40 minutes Monday before convicting Josiah Williams of one count of distribution of crack cocaine within 1,000 feet of a school, the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Northern District of Iowa said.
