GALENA, Ill. - Saturday's unusually cool July temperatures and a cloud cover to fend off the sun set the scene for a laid-back opening to the 33rd annual Galena Art Festival.

While shoppers browsed among approximately 65 artisans' exhibits set up around Grant Park, festival organizers and artists sat back to enjoy the good weather.
