The Dubuque County Tobacco-Free Lifestyles Coalition would like to commend the Village Inn restaurant for going smoke-free. The TH article on Aug. 13 suggested that in doing so, the restaurant had joined a slim minority of restaurants in the county that are going smoke-free. This is a common misperception of tobacco use in dining establishments in our community.
