I would like to point out something to the people of Dubuque that seems tasteless and disgusting. As a resident of East Dubuque I find myself at the intersection of U.S. 20 and Locust Street daily. That intersection is the entrance to Dubuque from Davenport, Cedar Rapids, Waterloo and all points West, South and even North of Dubuque. Greeting them is a billboard with a huge dog. Along side of the dog it states: "A leg up on the competition." And under the dog is The Diamond Jo Casino.See the full content of this document
