There have been many stories of late regarding the lack of civility in politics. I guess the quote above confirms it. The City Council, the mayor and the city manager received the above message as part of a recent citizen communication. It may be safely inferred that "some guys" disagree with some aspect of city government. But what's with the Mafioso-speak?
