Lancaster Man Sentenced for Theft

Summary


LANCASTER, Wis. - The former manager of the People's Community Oil Co-op in Lancaster has been sentenced in Grant County Court on a charge of theft in excess of $10,000.

David Dearth has been sentenced to 2 1/2 years in prison, with five years of extended supervision. But the sentence was stayed by Judge Robert VanDeHey, who instead sentenced Dearth to five years probation, and one year in the Grant County Jail with work-release privileges.
