A judge dismissed a lawsuit last week by a former psychologist who sued the Dubuque County Jail after he attempted suicide in custody.
Mark A. Davison, 49, formerly of Manchester, Iowa, claimed that in May 2008, jail staff granted his request for a razor after he told them he was suicidal and off his medication. Davison then modified the razor and cut his left forearm, according to the lawsuit.See the full content of this document
