ELGIN, Ill. - Joel Thomas Hasken, 12, of Elgin, died at home under the care of Hospice of Northeastern Illinois, Hope's Friends, on Friday, Feb. 12, 2010, after recently being diagnosed with a brain tumor on Dec. 28, 2009.
