MONTELLO - Investigators believe a 34-year-old man shot his 16- month-old son and then himself in a murder-suicide, the Marquette County Sheriff's Department chief deputy says.

Kim Gaffney identified the victims as Donald D. Pasold Jr., a native of Portage who most recently lived in Middleton, and his son, Haidyn.
