LANCASTER, Wis. - An inmate at the Grant County Jail is accused of using a phone at the jail to operate a drug business, according to a criminal complaint.
Christopher D. Hardy, 25, a jail inmate, is facing 17 counts of delivery of marijuana. The complaint says that while Hardy was in jail, he continued to move drugs by phone.
