ELIZABETH, Ill. - A 22-year-old Elizabeth woman was transported to a Rockford hospital via medical helicopter following a one- vehicle accident early Friday morning in Jo Daviess County.

Kati R. Walters was driving a vehicle southbound on Elizabeth- Scales Mound Road, near Elizabeth, when the vehicle left the road, struck a ditch and overturned, according to the Jo Daviess County Sheriff's Department.
