The Dubuque Area Chamber of Commerce's fourth annual legislative trip kicks off today, bringing together more than 60 representatives from the area's public and private sectors. The three-day confab with the tri-state area's congressional delegation and staff is all about bringing the region's legislative priorities to those who control the federal purse strings.
