A Dubuque group pays another call on Washington, D.C., this week with a full slate of fiscal priorities. But the annual lobbying odyssey comes in the wake of a newly released Bush budget considered one of the most austere federal spending plans in years.
The Dubuque Area Chamber of Commerce's fourth annual legislative trip kicks off today, bringing together more than 60 representatives from the area's public and private sectors.
