The Guttenberg City Council has approved a $35,109 contract payment for Portzen Construction, Inc., of Dubuque, for work done on a riverfront rest-room project for the community.
Council members also approved a loan agreement that provides the issuance of $475,000 in General Obligation Water Improvement and Refunding bonds. The bonds will be used to pay for a water project in the town and for consolidating a number of other loans.See the full content of this document
