News You can use The 15th annual Dubuque Arts Council "Sunday at 6:30" concert season continues today with The Glenn Miller Orchestra directed by Larry O'Brien. The concert is free and runs from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Free rides on the Fountain Park Trolleys of Dubuque will be available from the Kohl's parking lot beginning at 5 p.m. In the event of rain, the concert will take place at Eleanor Roosevelt Middle School auditorium.

The sweet strains of the Glenn Miller Orchestra will waft through the flowers and trees on the grounds of the Dubuque Arboretum and Botanical Gardens today when the internationally renowned big band, directed by Larry O'Brien, comes to Dubuque.
