Dave Baker, president of Teamsters Local 421, said that 32 members ratified four separate three-year contracts for workers at Flynn's Dubuque and Epworth, Iowa, locations and Galena, Stockton and Warren, Ill., locations. Stockton and Warren were included in one contract.
