Today's schedule 7 a.m. -- Grounds at A.Y. McDonald Park open. 7 to 11 a.m. -- Dubuque County Democrats host breakfast (no entry fee for breakfast; breakfast, $5 per person, $3 for children younger than 12). 10 a.m. -- Free fast-food coupons at the gate for the first 1,000 people, raffle and door prizes. 10 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. -- Carnival Rides, $10 ride bands; arts and crafts fair, commercial tent, food vendors, pony rides and petting zoo. 11:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. -- Catfish dinner under the big tent, $8 (chicken tenders dinner, $6.25).
