MANCHESTER, Iowa - Two would-be ethanol producers are moving ahead with plans for plants in Delaware County, saying their only concern is whether there's enough corn to go around.

"We're competing for the same corn. That's the main issue," said James Broghammer, chief executive officer of All Energy Inc., the company hoping to build a plant in Manchester.
