Country Junction Restaurant will host its annual Mardi Gras celebration tonight.
In addition to the regular dinner menu, the Fat Tuesday event will include a full Cajun menu beginning at 5. Traditional Cajun food that will be served includes jambalaya, gumbo, French bread and king cake.
