KENOSHA (AP) - A man surrendered to authorities investigating a hit-and-run accident that killed a 10-year-old boy who was out raising money for the Boy Scouts, the sheriff said Monday.

The 30-year-old man told detectives where he hid his vehicle, Kenosha County Sheriff David Beth said. He was being held on a tentative charge of felony hit-and-run, Beth said.
