Summary
Loras College senior center Alicia Davis left her mark on the game of basketball - in all divisions of the National Collegiate Athletic Association.
In four years, Davis - the All-American who finished her career Friday night in a 69-58 loss to Buena Vista in the semifinals of the Iowa Conference Tournament - made 721 of her 1,049 shots from the field, good for a .687 career shooting percentage. That mark is better than the .651 (775-1,191) Division III record set by Kari Tufte of Luther (1993-96), the .676 (490-725) Division II record set by Deidre Williams of Valdosta State (1993-96) and the .681 (578- 849) Division I record set by Deneka Knowles of Southeastern Louisiana (1992-96).See the full content of this document
