The City Council recently approved a resolution to place a sales tax referendum question on the November ballot.
The city will ask voters to approve a one-half cent sales tax increase to fund existing infrastructure improvements. This would include street reconstruction and resurfacing and replacement of obsolete or outdated water, sewer and/or storm-sewer mains within existing streets.See the full content of this document
