DES MOINES (AP) - A group of young professionals spoke in favor of lawmakers' economic development efforts Monday, especially legislation that would give them a voice in decisions.
The Senate Economic Growth Committee has discussed legislation that would require two members of a newly created 11-member Iowa Values Board to be younger than 30. It also would appoint members younger than 30 to Cultural and Entertainment District advisory boards and other groups.See the full content of this document
