The city of Dubuque has been selected as one of six Iowa cities and counties to get watershed management grants from the state of Iowa.
The city will receive $24,500 from the Iowa Economic Development Authority and Department of Natural Resources as seed money to form one of the state's first watershed management authorities to reduce future flood risks and improve water quality along Catfish Creek.See the full content of this document
