MADISON (AP) - The Ho-Chunk Nation agreed to pay the state $30 million as part of negotiations toward a gaming compact between the two sides, state officials said Wednesday.

The state and Ho-Chunk remain locked in a dispute over another $75 million in gambling revenues to which the state says it is entitled.
