The Cascade Community Enhancement Corp. and other volunteers recently finished a beautification project around the city's four stone signs on the highway corridors.
With the help of a $2,800 grant from the Dubuque Racing Association, shrubs and landscape material were planted around the signs in an effort to create a positive first image of the city for visitors and passersby.See the full content of this document
