The Dubuque County Board of Supervisors approved a request by John and Lori Datisman to rezone two acres north of Durango from C- 1 Conservancy, R-2 Residential and B-1 Business to a conditional B- 2 Business zone.
The property, at the intersection of Hochrein and Durango roads, was rezoned to allow the operation of an auction house, reception hall and dance hall, which also could be used for flea markets and inside storage.
