MILWAUKEE (AP) - The archdiocese of Milwaukee and victims of sexual abuse by priests have officially been in mediation for nine months but haven't met in several months.
Victims contend the archdiocese made nonnegotiable offers and delayed scheduling meetings after the Legislature and governor approved a new clergy sexual-abuse law.
