ALGIERS, Algeria (AP) - Arab leaders ended their annual summit Wednesday without producing any new initiative for peace with Israel, reissuing instead a three-year-old Saudi plan that already was rejected by leaders of the Jewish state.

The Arab leaders also stayed away from strong stands on other key issues facing the Mideast, including democratic reform and Syria's presence in Lebanon.
