Summary


The final vote to approve another residential parking district near Dubuque Hempstead High School - on Phyllrich Drive, between Keystone Drive and Keymont Drive - was a quiet one.

There was very little debate as the City Council again voted, 5- 2, in favor of the residential parking district, which the council now has extended to several neighborhoods who requested a remedy for congested parking on residential side streets near the school.
