Pet owners and animal enthusiasts can learn how to deal with such emergencies at the Pet First Aid course to be offered next week in Dubuque. The American Red Cross of the Tri-States and That's My Dog! are teaming up to present the class from 5:30 to 9:30 p.m. April 11 at the Red Cross office, 2400 Asbury Road.
